Chris Ponsford
Chris brings 15 years of industrial, rail transportation, medical, electronics & aerospace product development expertise to Paradigm Wave . He has designed/implemented quality procedures that interface directly with customers and requirements creating successful/profitable solutions. By understanding their needs, Chris creates innovative solutions to fit customers’ goals and budgets. At Paradigm, Chris currently leads the rail transportation business segment and is responsible for our onsite resources, project initiatives, and negotiations in the Pennsylvania area.
Ethan Rice
Ethan is a recent MBA graduate from Penn State University. He also earned his undergraduate degree from Penn State in the area of Management Information Systems. Ethan worked for General Electric in the areas of supply chain management and IT development. He also worked as a graduate assistant in the Penn State Behrend RFID lab. During this assistantship, he researched and executed SAP/RFID integration. Ethan has earned the Comptia RFID+ certification, as well as the SAP of America certification.
